We build with people who understand systems.

We are building infrastructure at Neptune designed for real-world financial use, with a focus on reality, control and long-term reliability. Our work is shaped by reflection in execution—thoughtful approach to how systems are structured and used.

We work directly with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility across everything we build. We want people who think critically, move with intention, and want to contribute to systems that are designed to last.

What it means
to work here

1

Clarity in execution

Work is processed and refined. We do not design things without direction — whether customer push/pull or an internal block in testing, the execution steps should always have clear bounds.

2

Real ownership of work

You are responsible for what you build from start to finish. This involves deep architectural review, testing extreme boundary edge cases, and ensuring that the final code is fully prepared for production.

3

Work that ships and runs

The systems you work on are not theoretical projects. They are designed, tested and run in mission critical workflows across large institutions. We optimise our work fundamentally around operational capability in the real world.

4

Thoughtful, not rushed

Good work takes discipline and time. We work hard to ensure the logic works. There is an absolute minimum on code output if the underlying structure is not resilient and robust.

5

Built for integration

Nothing exists in a silo. Every component needs to interlock with larger systems, stacks and workflows. You will spend deep cycles ensuring that things integrate seamlessly into broader strategy and use.
